Hermetic doors
The concept of installing a hermetic door for cold room applications thoroughly makes sense because in case of malfunctioning the effects are apparent and immediate, e.g. formation of ice or cold room equipments which are permanently functioning (and create an uncontrolled loss of energy and money).
